These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ppvip4 platform, including the website at ppvip4.bio, all associated mobile-optimised pages, the sports betting lobby, the live casino, slot games, fishing games, and all other services and promotions offered by ppvip4 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

All financial transactions on the ppvip4 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ppvip4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. ppvip4 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider's own transaction fees may apply independently.

All funds deposited on ppvip4 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a third-party account, or accepting deposits on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited. ppvip4 may request proof of payment account ownership as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Deposits made from an unverified or mismatched payment source may be returned and the associated account suspended.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ppvip4 targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification steps are required. ppvip4 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including mobile financial service providers such as bKash or Nagad.
